October has arrived along with the cooler weather and fun Fall activities! Listed below are a few community events you may want to participate in to keep your family and friends well connected:
This month we will finish talking about ANIMALS and focus our learning on FALL and HALLOWEEN/SCARY THINGS while reading the books listed below:
October 5th-9th "The Big Red Barn"
October 12th-16th "Fall Leaves Fall"
October 19th-23rd "Apples and Pumpkins"
October 26th-30th "Go Away Big Green Monster"
November 2nd-6th "The Old Lady Who Wasn't Afraid of Anything"

*The Mountain View Fall Festival will be held Friday, October 2nd from 6-8:30
*Kick for the Cure is at 2:50 in the afternoon on Thursday, October 8th
*Chick-Fil-A night is Thursday, October 15th (Benifits 5th Grade)
*Friday, October 16th-Progress Reports Go Home
*Wednesday, October 21st-Early Release
*October 26th-30th-Red Ribbon Week
