Parents,
Copies of your child's CRCT results will be available for you to pick up at our school on Tuesday-Thursday, June 9-11, 2009 from 9:30 to 12:30. Any reports not picked up between June 9-11 will be distributed at the beginning of the 2009-2010 school year.
Parents,
Last week, I sent a reminder home from our counselor, Mrs. Seaman. Approximately 90% of our fifth graders do not have immunization updates in their permanent folders. All immunization records MUST be updated before students can be registered for middle school. You must have one of the following:
1. Updated immunization form, from a physician, stating you have had two (2) doses of the Varicella vaccine. This is new, as you used to only have to have one dose!
2. Updated immunization form, from a physician, stating you have had the chicken pox.
3. A note stating that you will be obtaining the immunization this summer. (If this is the case, it will be your responsibility to take the immunization form to the middle school your child will be attending, as all student records will have already been transferred to the middle schools.)

Parents:
If your child has any medications in the nurse's office, please make arrangements to pick them up prior to the last day of school. Otherwise, they will be thrown away.
If you haven't already sent in a self-addressed, letter size envelope with two (2) stamps, please do so as soon as possible. If we do not receive this envelope, your child's report card and any necessary correspondence will be held in the front office for you to pick up after May 28.
