Please remember to have your child wear his/her Mountain View Shirt every Friday
If you have not joined PTA, please do so.
Math: please continue to have your child trade coins. They need to trade coins inclusive of pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters. Give them different coins to count every day if possible.
Ask your child to count by 2's, 5's, and 10's. Then have them write the numbers as well.
Language arts: we are working daily on sounding out words and writing sentences. Please reinforce this at home by having your child write one or two sentences about something that he/she is interested in. Also, continue to work on handwriting.
