Dear Target Buddies,
We are so excited to see so many of you on our discussion boards on the WIKI. In last couple of days, there was a glitch with the county where we, as administrators could not access the WIKI at school. That seems to have been resolved at this time. Please remember that we need you to identify your child by name when you give your e-mail address. Otherwise, we will not accept your membership. In order to participate in the discussions, look on the green toolbar and click on discussions. We look forward to hearing from more of you!
For all of you bat lovers, no matter what grade, The Chattahoochee Nature Center is opening a special exhibit about bats. (See Below) Go on their website to find out more .
On Saturday, October 1, 2011 the CNC unveils our new, permanent exhibit devoted to bats! Thanks to a generous donation by the Lee Bibb Lindsley Family, CNC will be able to help the community better understand the important role bats play in our environment. The exhibit is included with CNC membership and admission. Admission to CNC is $8 for adults and $5 for children.
Save the date: 4th and 5th grade Target Students will be attending a field trip. More details to follow.
Remember to go over those activities in the binder with your children. They may begin to teach you something new!
